Return Policy

Please choose your colors carefully. We suggest that if you are unsure of your colors that you order a Color Swatch before placing your final order. If you are planning to purchase multiples of the same item and time permits we recommend that you purchase a single item to be sure it is what you have in mind.

Refund: All items can be returned or exchanged less a 40% customization fee. Every piece is custom handcrafted to your specifications. Therefore, it is unlikely that we would ever sell your particular items again. We do know that this fee may seem high and assure you that it primarily covers our labor costs and the materials that can not be re-used. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted after the wedding date under any circumstances.

Repair: We guarantee the quality of our work. If tour items are received damaged we will repair them at no charge. If your items become damaged due to everyday wear we will repair them, you pay shipping only.

Shipping Policy

Production Time: Most Orders ship within one week.

Priority Mail takes 2-4 business days in the US. Express mail is around 1-2 days. If you need a rush order please contact us or be sure to select the appropriate shipping method to meet your needs. Packages are not insured automatically but we do offer it upon request. If you prefer UPS please contact us to make arrangements.

Express Mail / RUSH Orders

International-Guaranteed - $55.00 for the first Item and $1.00 for each additional Item. (1-3 day).

Kira Designs will not be held responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged due to forces outside of our control.

Packaging

All items are shipped in cotton-filled gift boxes and are displayed on jewelry cards. If you have purchased items sets or items that coordinate with each other, they will be displayed together in a single box (earrings with necklaces). We provide gift wrapping at no additional charge, including a personalized gift card.

Our Materials

We use superior materials including Swarovski crystals for their superior quality and genuine freshwater pearls. All of our crystal components are made one site ensuring our dedication to quality. Our metal components are comprised of Sterling Silver, Oxidized Sterling Silver (black) or 14k gold filled components. Our "Mosaic Jewelry" is unique with it's intricate detail. The chain typically used for these designs is gold or silver plated and can be substituted for the higher quality used on the majority of our line upon special request.

How To Customize Your Designs

Color Placement: As a rule of thumb the first color chosen is always the most dominant. Look at the picture's description and see how the color placement corresponds to the colors listed. If you only want one color leave the other options as "None"

Metal Finish: We offer Silver (bright or polished are the same), Oxidized Silver (an antique, almost black) finish and Gold. Our wire and Illusion pieces offer some different options. Illusion wire is a translucent wire, similar to fishing line. "Illusion-Silver" would use Illusion wire with a silver clasp.

Length: The length depends on your individual needs. Everyone and every neckline is different. We have provided our experience in the drop-down with what length corresponds to size but please consider getting measurements if possible.

Earring Types: Posts are a ball post with a standard nut closure. Lever Backs have a hinged back that secure the earring. We also offer Clip-On's for those without pierced ears.

Chain vs. All Crystal: Some of our necklace designs have the option to have the crystal design continue all the way around the neck

Drop (Back): Some of our necklace designs have the option to have the design continue beyond the clasp, falling down the middle of the back. This option provides an elegant look, especially for brides who intend to wear their hair up.

Headband vs. Tiara: Some of our Hair Accessories can be worn as a headband or if desired we can add side combs so that they can be worn as a tiara.
